WHAT IS BC PNP DRAW

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) draw is a process or mechanism to select candidates from BC PNP Pool to Apply for Canada PR through BC PNP Nomination.  In other words, The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) draw is a periodic selection process where the BC PNP invites eligible candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence.

The BC PNP draw is conducted through an online system and uses a points-based system to rank candidates based on their eligibility and qualifications.

How to apply for BC PNP?

Here are the general steps in the BC PNP draw process:

1) Expression of Interest (EOI):

Interested applicants must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the BC PNP's online registration system. Here Candidates need to fill in their work experience, Qualification, language proficiency, and other factors. Candidates are then placed in a selection pool.

2) Points calculation:

All eligible Candidates are assigned a score based on the basis of BC PNP's points grid, where the minimum score is 60/100.

3) Draw selection:

The BC PNP periodically conducts a draw from the selection pool ( typically twice a month) and issues Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination to the candidates who have the highest scores. The number of ITAs issued in each draw varies and depends on the needs of the BC PNP.

4) Application:

Candidates who received an ITA for PNP Nomination application, have 30 days to submit a complete application with fee for provincial nomination. The application includes supporting documents such as education credentials, work references, and language test results.

5) Nomination:

If the BC PNP approves the application, the candidate will get Nomination certification from BC PNP and the applicant can claim 600 additional CRS in the Canada Express Entry Pool and it in the next Canada Express Entry PNP Draw you will get ITA to apply for Canada PR Visa
