The Employer Job Offer -Foreign Worker stream is one of the streams under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). This stream helps Canadian Employers to recruit candidates from the Express Entry pool directly. If you are a foreign worker who has a job offer for a full-time permanent position in a skilled trade occupation. This stream may be the perfect pathway to apply for Canada PR through Ontario PNP.

Here are the following prerequisites to apply for Ontario Employer Job Offer- Foreign Worker stream.
1) Job Offer:
You must have a valid job offer from an Ontario employer for a full-time permanent position in a skilled trade occupation. The job offer must meet minimum wage requirements as per Canadian standards.
2) Work Experience:
You must have at least two years of work experience in the same trade occupation in the past five years. The work experience must be paid and full-time.
3) Education:
The applicant must have relevant qualifications and/or training required for the trade occupation in the job offer. If the occupation is regulated in Ontario, the applicant must also have any necessary licenses or certifications.
4) Language Proficiency:
You must demonstrate language proficiency in English or French at the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or higher.
