To be eligible for PR in Canada, you need to meet the requirements set by the specific immigration program you are applying for. The most common pathway for PR in Canada is the Express Entry system, which includes the following eligibility criteria:

1) Points Score:
Applicant must score 67/100 points to qualify for PR in Canada. These points are based on your age, qualifications, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. You can calculate Canada PR Points by using the Canada PR Points Calculator.

2) Age:
You can get maximum points between the ages of 18 – 35. However, the maximum age limit is 49 years to apply for Canada PR from India. However, you will not get points beyond the age of 46.

3) Qualification:
You must have completed a post-secondary credential or an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report from a designated organization to show your foreign education equivalency. In addition, you must have qualifications relevant to your chosen NOC code from a recognized institution.

4) Work Experience:
You must have at least one year of continuous full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience in a skilled occupation list within the last ten years. In addition, the work experience must satisfy the NOC 2021 TEER system.

5) Language Proficiency:
You must demonstrate proficiency in English or French. For example, you can write IELTS or CELPIP for English, and for French, TEF is required. Therefore, you need to meet the minimum language proficiency requirements CLB6 score in each (R, W, S, and L)

6) Settlement Fund:
You must demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to settle in Canada unless you have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. This is crucial eligibility for PR in Canada. The required amount varies depending on the size of your family.

7) Health & Security:
Another important eligibility for PR in Canada is health & security. Applicants and their accompanying family members must undergo medical exams and obtain police certificates to ensure they do not pose a health or security risk to Canada.

The process for obtaining Permanent Residency (PR) in Canada is typically as follows:

1. Determine Eligibility:

he first step is to determine your eligibility for one of Canada's immigration programs. The most common pathways to PR are through Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), Family Sponsorship, or as a refugee.

2. Educational Credential Assessment (ECA): If you completed your education outside Canada, you may need to have your foreign credentials assessed to ensure they are equivalent to Canadian standards.

3. Language Proficiency:
If required, prove your proficiency in English and/or French by taking language tests like IELTS or TEF.

4. Express Entry Profile (if applicable):
Create an Express Entry profile online. This is the initial step for economic immigration programs such as Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, and Canadian Experience Class. You will be ranked based on a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.

5. Invitation to Apply (ITA):
If you are in the Express Entry pool and have a high enough CRS score, you may receive an ITA. This allows you to apply for PR.

6. Submit Application:
Complete and submit your PR application along with all required documents. You'll need to pay application fees at this stage.

7. Medical and Police Clearance:

8. Biometrics:

9. Wait for Processing:
