 IRCC invites 1800 applicants from the Trade Occupations on 4th July 2024 in the latest Canada Express Entry Draw with the CRS 436

The latest Express Entry Draw by Canada issued 1800 ITAs in the Trade Occupation draw to candidates with at least one eye on 436 points on the Comprehensive Ranking System.

In the last Express Entry draw, done on 2nd July, restricted to only PNP candidates, the IRCC invited 920 candidates. The minimum CRS was 739.

This type of drawing has not occurred since; that is, after the category-based selection draws go into effect in May 2023. That was the first trade occupation-based draw of the year 2024; the previous trade occupations occurred on 19th December 2023, inviting 1000 people with a required score of 425. The recent draw has added 11 points more to the required CRS score.

When will we have the next Express Entry draw?

The next Express Entry draw is scheduled to take place on 5th July 2024. In theory, there should be an Express Entry draw every two weeks. However, how often these occur is based on the needs of the Canadian labour market.
